Ha, we feel your pain. Ours came this week too and Mom and Dad were not too happy. If it isn't too cold, then it is too hot. Just have to pay up whether it is the gas bill for heat or the electricity bill for the a/c.
Too bad the humans don't have fur coats like ours:)

HA! HA! Max & JD - this post really made me laugh!! Maybe when the gas company people come to collect (following your humans not paying the gas bill coz it's shredded) - you can deal with them too! :-)
On a more serious note, my humans were reading a UK newspaper which comes overseas (Guardian Weekly) and they were very sad to read about families in the UK which had to choose between paying for heating or paying for food!! :-(
