Fashionable Friday!

JD - Amongst the great treats that Scottie sent us a few weeks ago was also a couple of really cool bandannas.

Max - Aren't they great? There was a red one for me and a blue one for JD - they're traditional Malaysian print and we love them.

Traditional Malaysian print - and Scottie even knew our colour preferences - thanks Scottie!

JD - So we thought we'd do a fashion shoot to show everyone how amazing we look in them!

Max - But be warned - we both look so good you're going to want one of these bandannas for yourself!

Max - "How's this for a jaunty angle?!"

JD - "This is my finest 'catalogue pose', he he he!"

Max - "Hey JD, turn your head bro', our fans can't see your cool bandanna!"

JD - "You mean like this Max?"

JD - "Hey FH, we'd like a photo from the top if it's not too much trouble.....!"

Max - "Hey JD, how cool do you feel wearing your new bandanna?"
JD - "Put it this way Max - I'll be STRUTTING when we go on our next walk - oh yes!"

Max - Thank you so much Scottie - we love our new bandannas. In fact, we felt so good wearing them that we requested FH leave them on for our evening walk...

JD - ....and we also asked for a splash of the manly scent that Santa, Minnie and Christmas sent over to us so we could REALLY pose!

JD and Max - "Yes please FH - a liberal squirt of manly aroma for each of us if you'd be so kind!"

Max - Look out Clacton - the Schnauzer Brothers will be strutting their stuff past your doorways soon, he he he!

JD - Thank you so much Scottie and your mom - we absolutely love our new bandannas, you're the best!

Mirror Image Monday (by the skin of our teeth!)

Max - We haven't 'mirror-imaged' in a while so I thought I'd give it a go again, with a little bit of a twist!

Max - "When you're this handsome it's only right and fitting that you pause and admire the way you look....!"

Max - We've had a little trouble with our Internet again today so we only just managed to get our mirror image Monday posted in time! He's another photo of me being extremely handsome.....

Max - "Puddle, puddle on the ground - who is the most handsome hound?!"

JD - Ahem - whilst my rather big-headed little brother is busy admiring his reflection I decided to do an arty and atmospheric post for Mirror Image Monday - what do you think....

JD - "I'm right behind you Max - it's good to cool the old paws off isn't it?!"

JD - Sunset over Clacton pier - me and my bro' had had an excellent romp on the beach and in this shot we were winding our way home, tired and happy - perfect end to a perfect day!

A box of delights from Scottie and his mom!

JD - Hi everyone - we've had a bit of trouble with our Internet connection this past week so we haven't been able to blog OR visit our pals blogs - humph!

Max - It's been torture! Especially since we got a really exciting parcel all the way from KL earlier in the week!

JD - "*Sniff! Sniff!* Hmmm, smells exciting doesn't it Max?!"
Max - "It sure does JD - come on, let's break in!"


JD - "Hey, FH! Don't just stand there watching us, give us a hand!"
Max - "JD, if you hold that side steady perhaps I can chew through here...."
(FH - you can see the boys lovely new collars that Honey sent them in these photos - if you biggify the the pictures you can even see their names engraved on the collar plaques in some of them, they look so smart!)


JD - "Oooh, this smells so good we've just got to break through!"
Max - "Come on FH - help us, please!!"


JD - "At last - we're in!"
Max - "Ohhh, oooh - there's so many good things in here!"
FH - "Well, shift your snooters for a second then boys and let me have a look too!"


JD - "It's from Scottie and his mom! Oh wow, oh wow, oh wow!"
Max - "This smells like heaven - this is wonderful!"


JD - "FH - this smells fantastic! And we think they've put some things in for you too!"
Max - "What - you mean it's not ALL for us, he he he?!!"


JD - "Right, we've laid all the foodables out - oooh, there's so much good stuff here! Scottie and your mom - you're the best!"
Max - "There's fishy treats and sausage treats and cheesy treats - oh wow, Scottie and your mom - thank you SO much!"
JD - "Hmmm, decisions decisions! They all smell so good - how is a pup to choose?!"
Max - "I want this one! No, maybe this one! But then this one smells good.....!"


JD - "Right - I've chosen my favourites, it's the fishy treats for me!"


Max - "Hmmm, I think I'll try the duck treats - Scottie says they're his favourite!"


JD - "This photo is mainly to show off my collar - if you biggify you can see my name engraved! I LOVE my new collar!"


Max - "MH - give the treat bag back! Hey MH, hand the fish treats over, they're not for you you know!"


JD - "Hey - this pot looks interesting!"
Max - "*Sniff! Sniff!* Hey, humans - we think this is for you, it smells like that brown stuff you're always drinking!"

FH - Thank you SO much Scottie and Audrey - it was very exciting to get some pressies as well as the boys! I've never seen such a beautiful package of tea before - we're going to save it for Easter and will take a photo of the flowers opening in the cup to post! The toffees and sweeties were yummy - er, they didn't last long, he he he! Thank you for your generosity - we all love our gifts, it was so exciting to receive - and very frustrating not being able to post about it straight away!

JD - Yes indeed - thank you so much, you're the best! The treats are SO yummy and we love our bandannas and new toy - we're going to do a separate post about those items where we show off our stylish ways!

Max - We were so thrilled to get this exciting box of goodies from you! We can't wait to post about our bandannas - FH hasn't managed to get a good photo of us wearing them yet, she's not actually very good on the flashy box you know, sigh....!!

He ain't heavy - he's my brother!

JD and Max assume their usual snoozing position - my boys get on so well together, they're schnauzers who love to snuggle!

Max - Oooh, you're everso comfy JD, best pillow ever!

JD - *Sigh!* Well, at least you're light little bro'!

Max - And thanks to everyone who left me nice wishes about my eye - as you can see I'm all better now!
